Vodafone supernet is just a name and not at all worth it. Even after saying 4g they do not provide such service and the speed is not even 3g. Even though I do not use internet they send me a notification that I have already used my data limit for the day.
I am a vodafone user of karnataka and have a prepaid plan of 199 which gives free calls and messages for a month and 1.4 gb data per day. I am a office goer and do not use so much of data everyday. Basically my usage is whatsapp and Facebook that does not consume so much of data. The speed from the morning itself is so poor that no app opens unless taking so much of time. If I want some information urgently I am unable to do so.
Moreover even though I do not use data they send me a notification that I have consumed my data and I need to recharge with a different plan. When I complain to customer care they do not bother to care and all the reply that they give is that no network is in that area. But this is the case with all the places be it karnataka or west bengal. No service is provided by them.
Moreover they say that now they are building towers and it is a matter of few months. But this is happening since long. I do not trust vodafone anymore and I am planning to go to a different service provider. Vodafone supernet 4g is not at all 4g but a fake name. I think others will provide a better service than vodafone.
