I am using Vodafone post paid connection, and along with my post paid plan I get 3 gb data, I thought it is enough for one month use, but their speed is pathetic. I must say, it feels like 2G, I have complaint them 3 times, and they always say, we are working on rectifying your complaint, and waste almost 1 month to rectify it, and after one month they send a sms, that your complaint against speed of your data, has been corrected, and once I check it is still the same, this time they also have given me some time frame which is going to end in a few days, and I have decided this time, if they are unable to rectify this tiny problem, I will port my sim to another service provider.
The reason behind this, that if I fail to pay their bill on due date and if I am 2-3 days late to pay, I start getting a reminder message before making any call, and you can not call anybody instantly because you have hear that whole message in Hindi and afterwards in English, I think they do not have any patience, always ask for money and do not give you extra time, and when we make any complaint, they need almost one month to rectify it.
I am fed up with Vodafone, because of their fake assurance all the time. I am feeling like not giving them any star but mouthshut does not have this option.
