I have recharged with 398, according to the recharge plan and offer which was reflected on my account 1.5 gb/ day including unlimited call and 100 sms per day.
so when I am going to send to any one vodafone deducted 1 rupees from my main balance. then I have called vodafone customer care and employ informed me that today it is the last day to end this offer will exhausted in 11.59 pm. I have forget to ask that how will I send the sms because still I am in the offer . that’s why I again called cc and I told all the details he informed me that sms service has been stopped by 8.44 because I have recharged at 8.44 am on 28 days ago again I asked him that calculate the standard time and the disconnected the call. they should refund the money
it is totally false commitment by vodafone to their customer please avoid vodafone beware about their plans,
