This is review focuses on two main aspects about Vodafone 4G:
- Speed: Download speed is below 1.5-1.8 Mbps almost all the time, and Upload speed is zero to 0.3 Mbps(Mega bits per second).
This is not only below International 4G norms, but also well below Indian standards approved by TRAI.
- There is no DND facility offered by Vodafone since past 2 years. If you register for DND, the request is raised but n action is taken and you will keep receiving all kind of marketing calls. Even if you complaint against such calls to Vodafone, generally I have not seen any action being taken in 4-5 days.
Overall, I would not recommend Vodafone in general to any one, since the basis services and facilities are non-existent now.
It is no wonder why they are loosing so many customers, and have reported loss in last few quarters.
