Don’t trust this people and plan your travel. Their every commitment is wrong commitment.
I booked a swift to start by 12 pm transfering payment through paytm . At the time of booking they agreed to deliver car by 12 pm, but after booking they said , according to company policy they need at least 3 hours time to deliver car so they will send car by 1pm. I agreed and waited till 1 pm. No one contacted me still 1pm. Later I called on there calcenter number to check booking status. At that time they said that car will be not delivered still I upload documents. (They dint camunicated this before at any point of time).
I agreed for that also and uploaded my documents. Then I waited till 1.45pm, but I dint get any call from them. So I called them for update and then they connected me to their verification team, he said "u will get car only after dacuments verification". I was supposed to get car by 12pm, but till 1.45pm they were completing there process. It was late for my appointment so I cancelled my booking and requested for refund.
At the time of cancellation they said will refund in 2 days. When I called after 2 days, they said, refund will be done only after 15 days.after lot of discussions, they said "will call you in 1 hour" ... Still that one hour dint happen to them, even after 4 days.
Point to be noted - in this whole transaction, they never tried to call me. Every time I contacted them.
