Sadly for me I am no stranger to pain. For the past couple of years now I have suffered with chronic back ache day in and day out. I am a 35 year old and work for a reputed B.P.O. Most mornings I scream in pain getting out of bed and getting in and out of a car is a real trial and tribulation. That’s perhaps due to my sedentary lifestyle that I have each day.
