We are pretty used to bad customer service. But volkswagon has taken it to whole new level. Here goes the story.!
I met with a misfortunate accident which made my polo a total loss. On the very next day after accident, Volkswagen staff of KTC, Kalamassery, approached me after seeing the damaged car, Without informing that they are from KTC and that misleaded me to believe that they are staff of EVM. And Not only they denied my claim but also they want me to pay them.
So the list of bullshit goes like this:
70 k in total as Parking Fee
50% cashback if I buy another car from them(like hell I will after this incident)
So I called up the customer care and enquired about what to do next and they said they will call back in a while. This happened 4 times and im still awaiting a call back.
After all I guess its notvolkswagen its agreedwagon.
