I have owned and serviced cars for 35 years this experience with Ramani was horrifying!the most irresponsible staff. Requested a polo Gt service for Saturday and paid the amount before two days of service(never done that)
left the car on Saturday 11 am I had traveled 3 hours to get the car serviced.
the service adviser told me that car will be ready by 5 pm I told him to take his time and deliver the car next day with a coat of polish.total bill ws about 32000.with constant calls I kept in touch asking the progress as I had to get to the airport on Sunday by 1 pm .on reaching the service station on sunday I found that the car is not ready.
Not washed or polished
The battery is drained off due to negligence and miss use the lights we kept on and the staff were using the music system.
Tried to contact the service adverser he was in a meeting or concert on raising my voice he comes on line as asked for more time
on the battery issue they said it will charge on using the car
this is the standard of VW service.
no pick up or drop was offered I was staying in ITC hotel.
really disappointed I had to write this so people will not take the service for granted. ITs our car and our money>Dont be unprofessional Nothing is bigger then the clients.NOT EVEN YOUR NAME OR BRAND
