I am one of the customer who burnt his hand in buying a Volkswagen. Volkswagen Passat is every think but what was promised.
Every time I report this problem, I am asked to get the car serviced but after few days again back to square one. AC never cools. The car is less than 2 years old but had given me so much headache that I had no choice but remind other people not to go for this disaster.
Indian conditions needs a very good quality AC when you pay so much for a sedan. I fail to get it.
