I have been using poIo from many years .It is the best hatchback available in market but I am very unsatisfied by the service provided by their dealers. wanted to share this incident with you. I have given my polo car to Apple auto, Bangalore. service center on 20th April 2015 for repairing the dent and also servicing purpose. Today is 4th May. I haven’t receive my car.
It was very bad service. They Committed that they will deliver the vehicle by max ti max 27th Apr but after that they keep on postponing to 28, 29, 30. and now it is 4th may. They forgot what is commitment mean. I did not buy car to keep in garage. I use vehicle every day to go office for any business visit. whenever I call the service center guy they used to cut my call and send message that "I am in meeting sir, I will call you". concentrate on work not on meetings. very bad experience this time.
