I had problem with Volkswagan POLO 1.2 Comfortline Bought this car on 5th Dec. 2013 and within 2000 KM it started showing LED for Catalitic convertor problem and manual said its not advisable to drive if this LED is showing ON and service center asked me to pay Rs. 2000. I refused to pay and within a week again it started giving same LED. Volkswagen changed throttle BODY which costs Rs.26000 and was paid by Volkswagen.
On 18th March, Car breaks were almost free. and ON and OFF breaks required pumping. This means they work sometime and some time breaks are fail.
At the time of changing throttle body, Metropolitan service center completely spoiled SEATS of car and complete interior was so dirty.
I suggest to new buyers to think again if you are planning to buy Volkswagan.
Good car with 3rd class service. Infact , worst service.
