I am sick and tired of this car, Its been 2 years since I bought the car and I have sent it to workshop 5 times for all non sense reasons. I have totally spent around 12 lacs for this car in 2 years. My car is in workshop for 5th time and I am sure they will charge me big money again !!! It suddenly stops on road and doesn’t start. Will have to call volkswagen helpline, they are quick in taking it to workshop (Palace cross) in hesaragatta, outside the city and totally inconvenient for any user to go there for any purpose.
Then they give some bullshit reason asking for huge amount and delay in delivering the car. Same story repeats for 5th time!!! I have already got the engine replaced!!! They rejected my warranty claim, insurance claim. I have already lodged 3 complaints but no update!!!! They just ignore the complaints!!! They are not letting me talk to any higher authority.
A case is still open and another problem pops up!!!! If anyone is reading my review, please don’t ever think of buying this car. Every person I know who has volkswagen is planning to sell it off. Every consumer is dissatisfied!!!
Waste of 12 lacs !!! All my savings got wasted!!!
