NEVER BUY VOLKSWAGEN

Worst and sub standard vehicles of Volkswagen. After sales service and customer service sucks. Lets get together and launch campaign "NO to Volkswagen" campaign. All impacted customers should come together and lets start a campaign against and file law suite against Volkswagen India. Please do read my ordeal and suggest.


I bought Polo Diesel Trendline on 8th June 2012 considering fake claims of company to be making the best quality vehicle.

From the day I bought so called "Volkswagen" my ordeal began with frequent visits to service centers. Please find below the various issue which I went through in 18 months of car purchase:


-Central locking system failure in 2nd month of operations.


-Constant visits to service center to rectify loud sound from rear of the car.


-Electric wire breakage leading to car malfunction.


-Break issue at just 20000 Km - Replacement of break pad & disc.


-Replacement of audio speakers - 8 times.


-Car non operational - Fuel pump stopped working.


-Poor service station network and calibration issue between different service centers to deal with particular issue.


Would like to highlight that car just completed 18 months of operations with 20000 km covered. The series of encountered Issues clearly raises serious questions on the quality checks at Volkswagen, whether Volkswagen technology is reliable.


-No brand value.


-No customer centricity.


-Insensitivity of Volkswagen leadership towards customer problems and issues.


-No value for money though customer pays premium for buying Volkswagen vehicle


-If such Issues are faced in 18 months of operations what would happen post 24 months of car being operational.


-Poor technology.


-Unprofessional service center with no technical knowledge.


I have been using cars of other manufacturers and have not faced such issues even after driving car for more than 4 years. This clearly states that Volkswagen technology has major fault and should be taken off roads with immediate effect.


These issues are not only faced by me, there 10000 more customers facing the same awful experience and I am copying one such affected customer on this email who can also narrate experience about your brand.


Currently my car is at Service Center and it would take 4 days for them to get it rectify. Please let me know how do you expect a customer to stay without car even after paying premium for buying your car.
