This voltas VS 18 M personal air cooler is not at all feels us to be cool in summer.its water tank capacity is only 18 litres . It’s blower control is only 1 speed.it is having water level indicator but we are not able to see properly.it is personal cooler but even one person is not able be get relief in front of this.it is having wheels facility but if we filled the tank and made it move them the wheels are not able to load it and they are getting off.
Service and support- the service is not at all good we will not get any satisfaction also.
Cooling and sound - the cooling system of this voltas air cooler is not at all good and very much noisy also.
Reliability and satisfaction-this is not at all reliable only with in few days of purchasing we faced the problem while movie h from one place to another place.
Value for money- generally we tbuy hings which are durable only and they stand for complete value money but this product is not.
