I purchased a Voltas Split AC(1.5 ton; 3 star) from CONAUGHT Place Croma. we purchased it around 20 days back but it has not been installed for around 2 weeks. No one came to installed while we were calling them for installation again and again. After 15 days they tried installing but technician found its PCB was defective. without anything given in written they took PCB and changed it without showing new packet of new PCB. still the ac didn’t worked.
Then that technician said there is electricity problem in your house but we never face that problem in our previous AC. second day after spending money we get checked our ELECTRICITY connection there was no problem. now we are calling them but no one is coming to check whats the problem in AC. they are saying we repaired why I will repaired it when I gave the money for new AC.
I REALLY REGRETING MY DECISION TO PURCHASE A VOLTAS AC .THIS IS A MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL HARASSMENT
