No service and support for the first 3 days after purchase.
Then the first installation processed and the guy took 1500 charge, after running for 2 days water leaked from the indoor unit. First the local service centre said we will send a technician soon but not came for 2 days. then a technician came and did something and took 800 charge.
Then this crap product started to provide hot air instead of cold then the man said there is a gas leakage, since today they haven’t made it.
the outdoor unit also produce much more sound.
Completely damage products, not even good from any angle.
waste of hard earned money.
