Hey Guys,
I have this product installed in my office. It is very useful as the customer who come from outside can have cold water at any point of time. The cooling is very fast. I can also store my food in the mini refrigerator attached to this.
The look and feel is also amazing and matches a good standard office. I have been using this from last 8 months. Its very simple, just have to switch it on and both hot and cold water is available.
Only problem that I find is you have to pick up the 20 liter water jar to replace the empty one. Its heavy!
Luckily till now I did not have to use their support for any problem. So I am not the right person to comment on their support and services.
Rest I would recommend this to all of you.
