Hey @VoltasBeko, I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with the WTT140AGRT washing machine I purchased on 29-Oct-24. This machine has been nothing but a drain on my time and money!
In just 9-10month the machine has required 5-6 repair visits, including the replacement of the spin motor AND the wash motor. Despite multiple repairs, the same issues keep recurring and other Issues.
I request to technician to come and fix not responding. Now after all the false promises and temporary fixes, your own technician has finally stated that the machine is "beyond repair" and cannot be fixed. And said that " 1-2 bar repair hone k bad kuch na kuch problam to aaygi hi" what is this.
I have invested my hard-earned money in what you advertised as a quality product, but it has turned out to be a total disaster and a waste of money. This is unacceptable!
I demand an immediate replacement for this perpetually faulty unit. I have all the service records and bills to prove this ordeal.
Fix this now, @VoltasBeko! Your customers deserve better than this kind of sub-standard product and endless repair cycles.
