I raised a service request for my Voltas AC on March 30. Till date the issue is not resolved, despite the promise by Voltas to address the issue within 24 hours.
Really pathetic and unprofessional service by the service team(which seems to me some third party that deploys freshers to serve customers, for obvious reasons:).
Let alone addressing the issue in 24 hours, they only reached out to me after three days. Post which they sent their representative, who referred the issue to his superior who then send another person the next day. This person diagnosed somehow that the condenser was leaked and yet another separate person will contact me to replace the condenser. The next day, yet another person calls me and surprisingly says that he is coming to refill the gas in the condenser. I dont know what to believe - whether the condenser is leaked or gas has exhausted? Super confusing messages from four different people - very unprofessional, inefficient approach and something that makes you think that whether the company is honest in diagnosis of the problem or genuinely wants to help you or the service providers just want to do a tick-mark on their list?
I am disappointed with Voltas service team, please suggest me some good PRIVATE SERVICE PROVIDERS. . Still feeling the heat as my AC is yet to be fixed.
