I bought this AC during the time of summer at a very urgent state due to some health issues of my dad due to which my dad has to be kept in an separate room in a good temperature, unfortunately this AC failed to do its duty, it didnt give a good cooling at the start, but we thought maybe it has a starting trouble it will get used to, but it didnt, after some month we called the voltas company they told us theyll do us a free service even though we said that it has been this way right from the beginning. After the service it improved , but after few days its went back to its current state, than again we had a service and it repeated the same way, so we asked them for exchange they said they wont exchange because the time has passed, even though weve been kept informing them of the poor performance of the AC , they didnt pay attention, instead they blamed us for saying that the time has passed, this is my first ever worst experience in any electronic company
