Voltas is a big brand but the product was not as expected. We bought a voltas AC 1.5 ton for 31000 rs from a retail store. In starting the product was working fine but ut started giving problem in cooling and remote right after 4 weeks but it wass on warranty still we contacted customer support for service and he fixed the condensor which was jammed and replaced it and the remote was also replaced.But till date we are fed up of the product since it does not cools the room as it use to do earlier.Not worth the brand name and the price.
