Very nice AC. Cooling starts bit slow because of Copper. But once it starts, it is very nice. I end up maintaining the temperature at 24. Any lower the room becomes very cold.and This is the first time I purchased something other than books from Amazon and I was pleased with the services. Product is good and works well after installing. The voltage service centre guys were excellent with their job and did not ask for a penny more than the 1500 mentioned in the purchase. will post about a performance after a few days of use.
PS: Now even my parents, who are always against purchasing high value items online, fans of Amazon.
