They have a call center - that promises that a technician will come and visit -and that never happens.I have called them everyday for the past more than twenty days and this is their standard response.
Reached out to two area service managers on their cell phones.they too do not give anything other than the same response.

All this while I have been stuck with a lousy brand new air conditioner which doesn’t work and there are no exchange offers for this product anywhere - understandably
