This is a complaint for AC bought on June 8, 2021 .
Unit stopped working on 30 June, 2021.
Lodged complaint number 21070105408.
2 technicians visited, and left saying they are not able to detect the fault.
And we should register the complaint. This is the height of incompetence of your technical personnel.
Why are such technicians employed who can not read voltage meter. We were told that due to 260 voltage and stabilizer problem it has happened.
But both BSES person and stabilizer company technician refuted his claim and showed voltage reading as 220.
It seems they try to shed any responsibility in the name of high voltage.

Again we were given an other number 798281850. The person on the other end was too rude. He said the part is not available and will not be able to provide. Better we should throw the unit out
Shocked with what he said, we again rang up customer care.
He said a senior will ring up back in half an hour.
No one rang up.
Again we contacted customer care. We were told senior will ring up.
No one rang up.
We are in flux now. What to do.
Our 30000 rupees is wasted in 20 days by buying a product of your company.
Its disgusting.
Please get it repaired at the earliest or replace the product.
Else we will be forced to sue in consumer court with all audio recordings we have in hand
