We bought a new Voltas Vertis Plus 2 ton split ac on April, 2012. The installation was very tedious and we already had to pay extra from the standard installation charges. Then cooling was very low and that had to be fixed.
Now water is flowing from the indoor unit and its flooding the entire hall. Watch the video to witness it. Useless Voltas. Now I understand why people run behind foreign brands.
