I purchased this product in the month of January in this year and it started creating several disturbances sound.the service and support is not good because they talk to the customers arrogantly and sometimes they even don’t pickup the call. the cooling is good according to the price .but it sounds very much. the sound makes me panic.the reliability is good but the satisfaction is not good as I had already repaired it 3 times, which is a shameful thing, so, i still don’t get the satisfaction. the value of money is worst .i think the price should be very much low according to the product(voltas vertis 0.8 ton).at last I would tell voltas company to improve or develope these products in respect of introducing new products.thanks
