I purchased a voltas vertis plus 1.5 t ac in jammu. I had done so after a fair amount of research and decided to buy a voltas ac . I bought the ac from SURYA SALES in Gandhinagar, Jammu. The ac was installed and I found that the compressor is not working and there was inadequate cooling. I informed this to the dealer and he expressed inability to help.SURYA SALES, JAMMU IS AN ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC DEALER IN TERMS OF DISPLAY, SELLING PRODUCTS OR CUSTOMER CARE. I ADVISE PEOPLE OF JAMMU NOT TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS DEALER. HE IS JUST BEHIND YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT MATTER TO HOM WHAT YOU ARE BEING PROVIDED.
The customer care of Voltas was a welcome break. They not only wanted to help but sent across technician as early as possible. It was them who threatened the dealer to get the ac rectified. The ac is an amazing product and voltas stands to its name. I believe I made a good choice.The cooling is good, functions great and easy to install or clean. I would give it 8/10 .
