I had bought voltas ac last summer just after a week of usage it started making problems at first a noisy sound came which I hated it and made me frustrated about this product I called the service for avout 3 times and then finally they came and told me that the compressor having problemsthis model of 1.5 ton consumes much power than of other AC in the market it does not give the cooling which other ACs of the same company gives
Customer care servise is so bad I called customer support 5-7 times adn they doesnt even pick calls most of the time.
Display of the ac is very bad, most of the time doesn’t even shows anything.
Very poor quality ac.
Voltas is surely reliable but if counting to put your money on this one then can’t be relied, not at all satisfactory.
I recommend not to buy this ac at all.
