We have used these AC in our office and we have purchased this before 14th months but after 4 months there are a lot of problem occurred in this like gas leaking, Cooling not proper, Voice level increased etc
When we called to dealer many time than there engineer came and checked it and he repaired the AC but after two months only the same type of problem occurred again and when we called to dealer he refused our phone calls also
When there was no respond from dealer side we have visited to there office and asked to him for replace the product but again he denied and said that he can not replace the same He will try for resolve the problem but his engineer never came for check the problems
We arranged some other person from our resources and get replaced this with Samsung due to the poor services support and poor product quality
Its completely found non reliable and not recommendable product
