I am trying to reach the Voltas guys from last year but Phew!! there numbers are wrong/are always busy.. Don’t know where to go to get my AC fixed. Don’t want local mechanics to get it done.. atleast expect this service from the voltas guys.. But they are really killing their brand..
In this world where customer is King, I dont know how are they going to survive with such CRM initiatives..
Hope they see to this & revert at least..
