I purchased a Voltas vertis Gold split A/C with 4 star rating. Paying a lot more but with the hope of savings in termis of electricity bills.
My dream was shattered as after the painfull process of getting the Voltas franchised service guy to get the A/C working, it was all but working, it was not cooling, Voltas technician assured it will cool in due time. Room remained warm in due time. after a weeks wait and numerous calls Voltas send a technicain again found the gas to be less filled it, still no cooling, again a 2 week wait for technician to visit.
Same claim a/c working, on being asked how long does it take to cool a 12 feet X 15 feet X 8 feet false rooffed room tecnician said a 1 hr with a 1.5 tonne split a/c , but he said he does not have the time to wait for a hour and left. I kept it on for 2 hrs sweeted it out as its my mistake of buying a Voltas A/C.Now what?What use it to hang such a m/c on my wall, Voltas please take it back.
