Beware of Voltas!! Can only reach call centre employees who don’t forward your complaints!!
Horrible voltas experience!!!
I’ve been repeated calling the official voltas servicing guys for the past 3 weeks as my ac(within warranty, started giving a foul smell and stopped cooling. The voltas guys just don’t come! Am i required to personally collect them?
I mean I’m ready to do even pick them up from their homes even, but these guys after reassuring me by their stupid call centre employees just don’t make it! I’ve been trying to sleep in a fan in such hot weather. I being a lawyer am absolutely fed up and have now decided to approach consumer forum against these guys malpractices.
They are going to pay for it in court!
