On 14th July, I bought a new Voltas 1.5 ton 3 star window air conditioner considering Voltas to be a very trustworthy brand. But it was a huge mistake, because after working properly for about 10 days it didn’t turned on. I complained it to the service centre of Volats but even after several visits of the service centre executive of Voltas the problem is not solved and the air conditioner is still not turning on.
I purchased it at a cost of RS 24, 500 and now I think that I wasted my money.
I am already regretting my decision of purchasing it. So, I will definitely not recommend purchasing it.
