Coltas had a good image in the market but now a days it is spoiling day by day; today no one is intrested.even the toll free no. are not working represending their carelessness .1 year ago I also brought my voltas window ac.Well this is the pathetic experience , I do have with Voltas, in a year time my AC had a problem of Gas leak and out door unit fan speed became slow.afterward I raised my call to call center they sent services engineers to ratify the problem, they refill the GAS & change the capacitor but just after one week ac’s outdoor unit has stopped working, there is no moment outdoor unit fan but inside blowers are working, I don’t what went wrong with so called Tata Voltas. please Kindly look into this problem as soon as possible. On making many calls to your customer care there is no proper responce from them. It seems really poor After sale service.
so these are my views after using the voltas ac
as my experience is bad.
