Voonik is a very bad online shopping website.I have very bad experience with voonik.com, I ordered two saree from voonik in jan 2016.they shows a very impressive image of products but when I receive that sarees the fabric was totally different from images. I returned those sarees.
They take too much time to refund money.I ordered 1 anarkali suit.they gave me a wrong courier tracking number. I called many times.Voonik customer care service is too bad.they give only wrong information.they didn’t dispatch my product and gave me a wrong tracking number. They take 1 month to refund my money. One negative thing is that they don’t refund delivery charges. Very bad website.Don’t buy anything from voonik.com.I will never shopping with voonik.com.
