This is a kind of online site , which dont even know the meaning of after sale service.
Customer service - This system is very weak and it will take a lot of time clearly resolve a matter. It will never happen in one step.
For example if you want to change you given address, then you cannot just change it by application. You have to inform them and then they will confirm it and all. it is a long procedure. Pure waste of time.
Product quality- They provide various kind of product and out of which majority are of poor quality alhough it suits the price. But the qualigy mentioned will hardly match the exact thing.you will always face this problem
Delivery time- I have used this site twice and at my first attempt the delivery time was fairly late and it is frastrating, but the next time it was good.
App and website- they have high range and has well organised website.
Reliabilty - Coming to this point , I’m saying that it is not at all reliable. I have once order an item and found that it was not as the picture given in description. So I requested a return and refund. They took the return the next day buy when I got the money , I found that they have given less amount. After asking them I found that they have charged me for the return procedure. Altjough it has not been mentioned.
So donot go for this website.
