Highly disappointed

I recently placed the order of a kurti on voonik and the experience I had was really very bad. I placed the order here they told me that they will deliver the product within seven days. I placed the order two three weeks back but no single information I received from them and I was eagerly waiting for that kurti. Then, tracked my order the status it showed that your product is in processing, I tried to call them again and again but I failed to approach them in this way so messenged them , they said that there is a problem in there courier service so your order will be delivered in other next 3 to 5 days then I again started waiting for it thinking that finally I will get it but after few days they said that we are cancelling your order due some reasons.I was really very disappointed by this and can’t have faith on this site again.
