Recently not able to open the app. Though internet connection is available it displays no internet connectivity!I was prime member but now not able to open the app. When enquired reason given was as there was returns of the product which had fitting issue they have blocked the id. Instead of informing or asking for reason for return user id is blocked. Isnt it funny where we do prepaid order and we receive product after many days and when there is some issue we return which is common in virtual shopping for which even being prime customer u dont have rights rather without even informing customer I’d is blocked. Great.
