I had placed an order for a chevron print maxi dress 14 days ago and have not received it yet, the due date being the 11th of July. Moreover, there has been no proper initiative taken in order to look into the matter. And worst is that the customer care executives will either be busy, make up stories or excuses or will be seen merely apologising everywhere showing their regrets. I reckon they act first and speak later. If they dont improve on this, theyll be losing a lot of customers soon.
