Today we do lot of shopping from online shopping web sites, there are many trusted sites and some are not and voonik is one of them who are not trust worthy.
I have experienced shopping from voonik and it was worse, my wife had ordered a gown from this site but the product she had ordered it was not the same and the quality of the product was also cheap when received.
She talked to customer care for the return of product, their sales boy came after a week and took the product back, after another week my wife received the parcel of her gown and guess what.? the gown was still not the same which was ordered.
Second time the sales boy came after 9 days, it took more than a week to get the product, finally it was the same product which was ordered but the disappointment was quality of the product.
After waiting almost one month my wife got the product but it was not worthy to wear at all and just occupying space in my wife’s closet.
So all over this site is not worthy to shop, I suggest there are many other sites like amazone, myntra and flipkart which are professional in their ways, take less time to deliver and product quality is much better than voonik.
