Got 100 mbps plan. stoped working in 2 days.

I got a new connection based on the promise that the speed will be 100 Mbps. I got the 90 Mbps for the first 2 days post that the speed dropped to 10 Mbps. Yesterday’s link went down completely. After repeated follow-ups issue is still not resolved. Is this the quality I should expect from the Microscan brand? The customer support number does not allow any interaction and divert to app. Any complaint I raise on the app does not seem to get resolved as well. I contacted the guys who installed the connection. They don’t seem to care as well.
