Moved my household from Kerala to Chandigarh via VRL Logistics Packers and Movers operating through bangalore vide phone number 973917. Trusted with the name of VRL logistics in it. As no one was ready to move items from wayanad to Chandigarh from kerala. So have to book them from bangalore. They came did packing of household items 11 boxes and one bike separate. When delivered to me in Chandigarh delivery came through blue dart with amount of 5000, and they delivered 9 boxes and damaged bike whose lock they have broken and stating that key has been lost. Out of 9 boxes 3 boxes belongs to some other person. Looted me with billed amount of 52000 with and insurance of 3.00 lakhs. Bill later found out to fraud with somebody else’s name on GST signed by someone else and with VRL logo on it. Damaged my most of goods. They gave statements that boxes got mixed up, Now they have stopped picking calls and unresponsive. Same thing has happened to my friend. We approached VRL Logistics the original one and told the same issue to which they said that VRL logistics packers and movers is a different entity and it doesn’t not concern them. They are frauds looting people in the name big logistic company. Now moving to take legal actions against them. Beware of these fraudsters
