Recently we had traveled in VRL travels from bangalore to byndoor. Worst service I have ever seen. Our pickup van point was in Madivala. Bus was supposed to come at 8. We got the pickup vehicle number message. But pickup bus came around 8.50PM.That too it was overcrowded. When we asked about this with the VRL persons they were speaking harshly.
Traveled till gandhi nagar in standing only.They dropped some where in Gandi nagar.When we asked where the bus will come they said ask some one and go. Some how after walking 1 KM we got bus.That too we dint get message regarding bus number.
Finally the bus boarded was KA 25C8547.Finally it started at 10PM from there. On the way it got punctured and they took some 2 hours to repair it some where in Shiradi Ghat. After that it started from there around 6AM.After traveling an hour again had some engine problem.Then they stopped and asked us to get into some other bus.
That other bus reached Mangalore by 9 which was supposed to reach by 5.Again in Mangalore they asked us to get into some other bus though they knew that many kids and ladies are there in the bus.After harsh conversation for half n hour they agreed to send the same bus. Finally we reached home by 12.30PM which we were supposed to reach by 6.30PM.
