I traveled from Bangalore to Mumbai on 6th June(by 7:45pm AC sleeper bus) and back on 10th June(9pm AC sleeper). The travel time is around 17 hours(as mentioned in the website) but the total travel time in both cases was around 22 hours and it is a well known fact among the drivers. I wonder why can’t the timing be transparent. Why does VRL mislead the customers by providing wrong information about travel hours? How can a bus of VRL repute be late by 5 hours? Why did we have to shift buses in Mumbai and why weren’t we informed about it by the driver? Why are the breakfast breaks so long as an hour?
I am disgusted by the service which VRL has provided. It used to be my one of my favorites, now I am not only going to avoid VRL travels but also encourage my friends and known ones to do so. I expected some amount of professionalism and transparency from such a large organization. I am highly disappointed.
