Horrible Customer Service of VSNL Internet Service Provider
I have been using VSNL internet service for more than 4 years. Initially my experience was good but later on I started finding problems.
The internet speed is horribly slow at many a time.
Internet get stalled after sending and receiving certain bytes. Then whatever u do it doesn’t send or receive data so we need to close it and reconnect internet connection.
30 % of time I receive message that remote computer is not responding, Please call your service provider.
I dial 23242801 number for customer service but I find that number mostly engage.
after more than 10 unsuccessful tries When I get my line connected, non one pick up the phone at other end.
Customer service number (call center number) 23242801 is totally useless.
In case anyone have Email ID of Top officer in VSNL, then please let me know so I can forward this complaint to them.
And the funny part is this, when internet doesn’t get connected and I complaint on phone, customer service person tell me to shoot mail to customer service email id. Isn’t it funny, if internet is not working, How can I send the mail to customer service id ???
