Its been 6 months since I am working with vSplash. The environment over here is so encouraging and motivating. I have 2 years of experience and worked with big organization.
Before joining vSplash, I have gone through the reviews about the organization. It is somewhat demotivating, but thought of taking risk and joining. Strange thing is everything is so different from what I have expected. I have seen a good working environment and my managers are so supportive. I have learnt a lot in these few months. The work culture is so flexible and started learning few new technologies.
Want to continue my service for a few more years.
