I purchased Vu 32 inch full hd led tv from flipkart big billion day sale in oct15 in just 14.5K. Really a good deal. It had got 2 HDMI+2 usb ports and it is full hd. Picture quality is really good, I have not compared the quality with other big brand tv but i satisfied with the picture and sound quality. With HD dth box its quality is really good very much satisfied.
So product is good. Now come to the negative side. I am suspecious about its durability. Service center guy was pressing me to buy AMC of the product. His comments were "Jab kharab hoga tab pata chalega, ek board hi 5-6 hazar kaa padta hai, transport kaa kharcha alag". So with this I would say I could face issues with product(fingers crosses) and I guess service will not be very good with this kind of service center.
2 star for product quality what I can see and experiencing currently. But -3 star for thinking "has I really purchased good durable product and will I get a good service when needed?".
