The feedback is based on my 1 month of experience so far.Lets talk about pros & cons:
Pros: -
1.Absolutely fantastic picture quality is very good.
I bet you can’t get this picture quality in any of the same tag TVs of another brands.
2.You’ll get everything you can expect in a LED TV.
Cons: -Not so huge list, but should be considered.
1.Sound quality is a concern.In a few channnels, it’s less than expected even.
2.I don, t know about the format and all, but in a few movies stored in my USB drive, it says, audio format not supported and hence I can only see the picture, but can’t hear the sound.: (
Now talking about the service:
Flipkart is always good in delivering the product But VU is not absolutely not good in terms of providing service in installation.
The installation service engineer visisted my place, hanged the TV on wall mount, swicted on the TV and said-
Sir ye lo chal raha hai.ye raha source button, yaha se change hoga, baaki aap khud hi kar loge.
In product page, it says, the installation process generally covers:
Phusical check of all ports, including power and USB ports.Accessories also checked.
He had no USB or any HDMI cable for the physical check of the ports.When I asked, he said : arey sir, ye sab sahi hote hai.aap khud check kar lena.sahi nahi hoga to phone maar dena.hum aa jayenge.
