TV not working properly after one month and reaching customer care was very difficult, after trying so hard able to connect to customer care and vu executive visited house and TV He just had a look on the TV and simply sead it’s physical damage and left immediately no resolution or solutions was suggested. Asper our understanding there was no physical contact happened to TV Again tried to connect to customer care and their response was so pathetic and irresponsible and by force we are just useless with the TV just after one month of purchase. In fact with in this one month of usage lm suggested my colleagues for the purchase of the vu TVs and 4 people have taken the tvs now I am vvery tense if something happens to Thier TV as it was ssuggested by me Moreover I had taken two years extended warranty also and I was lossed my entire TV cost and cost of extended warranty with in just one month.
