I have also bought VUTV 40inch full HD smart on 2nd of Oct, it was delivered on 6th and on 23rd of Oct display panel went dead. After complaint’s they are ready to replace, but nobody seems to know anything, since I do not know as on 2nd of Nov from where and how it will be replaced. I am trying all the contact no’s and one I got just now for VUTV Delhi customer center. the phone is not in service.
Its bad that once you sold the product then customer is on its own.
I am sure that I’ll not buy the VU product again and make sure to save as many people to fall VU’s TRAP.
